Becca Johnson holds a Duke University Masters in Policy, is a Project Management Professional (R), and is a North Carolina licensed general contractor. She has a proven track record in business transformation and leadership across global organizations. Becca spent years leading high-impact projects in diverse sectors, including managing multi-million dollar portfolios, driving organizational change, and establishing complex infrastructure. While doing this, she was also repeatedly buying, renovating, and selling homes and helping others design their spaces in her spare time. She has found a deep passion for creating functional, beautiful living spaces, and now channels her strategic and operational expertise into the world of residential construction and design. 
Driven by a desire to help others, Becca is committed to crafting environments that improve the quality of life for homeowners. Combining her background in project management and client-focused solutions, she brings a meticulous eye for detail, a collaborative approach, and a focus on delivering projects on time and within budget. She continues to apply her experience in strategy, operations, and design to create personalized, high-quality spaces that enhance the lives of those who call them home.
